These unique fabrics have been created with material handwoven by tribal Naga women of Nagaland in North-East India. Traditional age-old back-strap looms continue to be utilized by the womenfolk to painstakingly produce some beautiful garments such as shawls and sarongs (or wrap-around ). These come in an array of distinct tribal colors, designs and motifs and make up the daily attire of the people of Nagaland.
